Piper Discovers the Stairs...

After dinner we let Piper chase the cat around.  Ash wanted nothing to do with her and darted up the stairs.  Piper went right up after him, she had never attempted the stairs before.  I had Parker run to get the camera, she was very proud of herself. (Sorry, trying to figure out how to turn the video.)

Piper is also loving her dinosaur from Papa, except she gets a little upset when she runs out of room.

Finally finished cleaning today and removing all evidence of Christmas, I must say I am glad it is over.  Now the count down to "Living in a van down by the river" can begin. 61 days and counting.

In an effort to stop annoying people on Face Book....

I have decided that I shall start using my blog to "bore" you with all my posts, pictures, and videos of Piper.  I have a feeling that people on Face Book are probably sick of hearing about how many teeth she has and how she is doing with her cold.  So, here goes.

Piper has six teeth, waiting on 7 and 8 to come in.  Her cold seems to be getting better yet she just wants to be held all the time.  Ha ha!

I finally got a video of her singing we me.  My voice is hideous, but it cracks me up.  Enjoy.

And her is Piper playing with the baby doll her Great Grandma Yates got her for Christmas.

Introducing...

Wow, a lot has happened since I last posted.  It's amazing how time flies.

Our big news is the birth of Piper Kate on February 26, she was 6 lbs 7 1/2 ounces and 18 3/4 inches long.  She is our "surprise" baby and she is such a blessing.  I just can't believe that her "big" brothers will be 21 this month and 14 in August.

So my goal is to keep my blog up to date so everyone can see pictures of our beautiful little girl and share the news of our family.  And yes, I'm hoping to get to knit again sometime soon.  Just not sure when, all my time is devoted to Piper related events.  But for now, here are a few pictures and I'll post more information and pictures soon.

p.s.  Lola flew to Oregon this past winter to live with Grandma Nancy and Loyd. She is a very happy dog and livining like a princess.
